Job Description
Graphic Designer
Monday – Friday | 8am – 5pm | $2$25/hr
- Overtime, possible based on project deadlines and business needs
Graphic Designer Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar design tools)
- Experience creating responsive web and digital assets
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design practices
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into visually compelling concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
About the Graphic Designer Role
As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing high-quality, on-brand creative assets for web, digital, and traditional marketing channels
- Creating engaging visual content that strengthens brand identity and enhances user engagement
- Applying responsive design principles to optimize user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Developing innovative design solutions that align with business objectives and marketing strategies
- Collaborating with marketing, commercial, and technical teams to execute creative initiatives
- Translating complex project requirements into clear, compelling visual communications
- Presenting design concepts and effectively communicating creative rationale to stakeholders
- Managing multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Staying current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies
- Creating visual assets that support product launches, campaigns, and corporate communications
- Maintaining organized project files and design documentation
- Contributing creative ideas that improve brand visibility and customer engagement
