Monday-Friday | 3:30PM-1:30AM | $23.00/Hour

Production / Filling Operator Requirements

• Forklift experience is required.

• High school education or relevant previous work experience.

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Basic math skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer skills.

• Ability to move heavy drums and lift or move barrels of coating.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.

• Production or filling operations experience preferred.

About the Production / Filling Operator Role

As a Production / Filling Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Retrieve materials and support weighing, mixing, filling, and forklift operations.

• Visually inspect products to verify item numbers, descriptions, and quantities.

• Print and apply labels to containers.

• Move empty and filled 1-gallon, 5-gallon, 30-gallon, 55-gallon, and 275-gallon containers.

• Filter and fill containers using filter bags and gravity or mechanical feed systems.

• Deliver samples and paperwork to Quality Control (QC).

• Put products away after QC approval and labeling.

• Report product, inventory, or quantity discrepancies to a supervisor.

• Assist with department cleaning and general maintenance.

• Follow company safety standards and participate in physical inventory counts.
