Job Details
Days Worked: Monday – Thursday
Hours Worked: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16/hour
Machine Operator Requirements
- Experience operating or assisting with manufacturing or production machinery preferred
- Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements and physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to accept supervision and follow machine setup instructions
- Basic familiarity with machine functions and manufacturing processes preferred
- Experience: Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience preferred
About the Machine Operator Role
As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and assist in running machines within the Coiling Department
- Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality and performance
- Use gauges and measuring tools to verify product dimensions and specifications
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the setup or lead operator
- Perform soldering of cores and complete product rework when required
- Break, cut, and trim conduit ends using approved cutting tools
- Assist with machine setup under supervision as needed
