Crown Staffing is Now Hiring for a 1st Shift full-time Export Loader for a facility in West Chicago, IL!

Export Loader Job Details

Monday – Friday | 6 am – 2:30 pm | $19/hr

• Overtime possible and mandatory

• Safely load and unload trucks/containers, ensuring cargo is secure, properly blocked/braced, and free from damage

• Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy, condition, dimensions, and labeling; document any OS&D issues

• Complete and process shipping/receiving paperwork, including labeling freight and verifying documentation

• Handle and load hazardous materials in compliance with DOT, OSHA, Coast Guard, and 49 CFR regulations

• Follow load plans, special instructions, and company container loading checklists to ensure export readiness

• Maintain professional communication with drivers and team members and perform other duties as assigned

• Must have computer skills

About the Export Loader Role

As an Export Loader, your responsibilities will include:

• Communicates clearly and directly through the spoken and written word to contribute to a positive working environment; listen well.

• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and stages cargo in appropriate designated areas in the terminal.

• Takes action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues; uses reason; be open to change.
