Maintenance Technician Job Details
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | $35.00/Hour
- Weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
- Overtime possible based on maintenance and operational demands.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
- Basic electrical knowledge required
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment issues
- Greasing bearings, replacing conveyor belts, and clearing equipment jams
- Performing general mechanical repairs to maintain equipment performance
- Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and recommending corrective actions
- Troubleshooting sensors, wiring, and electrical control systems
- Supporting maintenance activities involving 480V, 277V, and 3-phase electrical systems
- Working with 220V and 120V single-phase electrical systems
- Assisting with electrical load balancing and electrical troubleshooting
- Reading and interpreting electrical wiring diagrams and hydraulic schematics
- Using maintenance manuals to identify equipment issues and repair procedures
- Performing basic facility maintenance and general upkeep
- Inspecting machinery and identifying potential maintenance concerns
- Using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and warehouse machinery
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area
- Following all company safety policies and procedures
- Participating in training for scissor lift and forklift operation
- Working safely at heights and on elevated work platforms as required
- Communicating equipment concerns and repair updates to supervisors
- Supporting additional maintenance and facility repair projects as assigned
