Material Handler Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7am – 3:30pm | $20/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory based on business needs.
Warehouse Material Handler Requirements
- Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
- Experience operating an electric pallet jack, forklift, or similar warehouse equipment
About the Warehouse Material Handler Role
As a Warehouse Material Handler, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move products throughout the warehouse
- Using electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport palletized materials
- Loading trucks using warehouse material handling equipment
- Moving pallets and materials between designated warehouse areas
- Supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations
- Handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Following instructions for safe and accurate material movement
- Communicating with team members regarding material handling activities
- Following established warehouse safety procedures
- Performing additional material handling and warehouse duties as assigned
