Inventory Associate Job Details
Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | $18.80
  • Overtime possible and mandatory

Inventory Associate Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with documentation
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety policies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and train others
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience
  • Experience using inventory management systems and performing cycle counts or physical audits
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment and complete trailer inspections
  • Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and inventory tracking software

About the Inventory Associate Role
As an Inventory Associate, your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records across two inventory management systems to ensure compliance and data integrity
  • Performing cycle counts and physical inventory audits to keep inventory accuracy in both systems at all times
  • Ensuring First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory processing standards are consistently applied
  • Accurately receiving materials into applicable systems in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) requirements
  • Verifying Bills of Lading (BOL) for inbound and outbound materials, including validation of empty versus fully populated cases
  • Loading and unloading trucks within required timeframes, completing trailer inspections prior to each load
  • Storing materials safely in designated warehouse locations and verifying receiving and shipping documentation before releasing drivers
  • Utilizing client-provided equipment and applications to complete shipping and receiving processes per client requirements
  • Immediately reporting all accidents, incidents, safety concerns, errors, or operational issues to management and assisting with incident investigations
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation at all times
  • Providing guidance, assistance, and training to coworkers and contingent workers to ensure consistent performance
