Maintenance Technician Assistant
Monday–Friday | 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | $19.00/hr

Maintenance Technician Assistant Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience
- Basic knowledge of machinery, mechanical systems, and electrical systems
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
About the Maintenance Technician Assistant Role
As a Maintenance Technician Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide hands-on support to maintenance technicians during equipment repairs and installations
- Assist with machine setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance procedures
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues and report findings to technicians
- Assist with corrective and predictive maintenance tasks to support production goals
- Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain accurate repair logs, service documentation, and maintenance records
- Assist with inventory management, work orders, and parts organization
