Crown Staffing is now hiring a 1st Shift full-time Forklift Operator for a large electronic recycling facility in West Chicago, IL!
Forklift Operator Job Details
Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 2:30 pm | $19.50/hr
Monday – Friday | 10:00 am – 6:30pm | $19.50/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory
- This is an entry-level opportunity

- Working in a warehouse environment with a computer and basic hand/power tools
Forklift Operator Requirements
- Forklift Certified
- Excellent attendance record
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
About the Forklift Operator Role
As an Forklift Operator your responsibilities will include:
- Unload/load product from trailers in accordance with receiving schedule
- Communicate regularly with Operations management to resolve issues or receiving errors
- Stage shipments
- Create accurate Bills of Lading
- Accurately weigh, label, and close all filled boxes and blue totes.
- Maintain dock area in a clean manner
- Perform daily forklift tasks, including daily inspections
- Enter data into various computer systems/applications as required
- Assist with general warehouse labor as assigned when not driving
- Other duties as assigned
