Automation Cell Operator
Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Payrate: $22+/hour.
Automation Cell Operator Requirements
- Prior manufacturing experience in a factory environment
- Die casting or foundry experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to quality and detail
About the Automation Cell Operator Role
As an Automation Cell Operator, you will join a dynamic team at a growing manufacturing company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Start up, operate, and monitor automated die casting cells
- Operate Yaskawa robots, vision inspection systems, ladlers, and furnaces
- Monitor part quality and troubleshoot casting defects
- Perform furnace filling and operation
- Clean and perform basic maintenance on dies
- Handle materials for automated cells
- Operate trim presses for automated cells
- Assist with set-ups and changeovers
- Fill in as needed in die casting, trimming, finishing, and inspection
