Job Description
Paint Line Team Lead Operator
Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $19.00/hr + $1.50/hr shift differential after training
Paint Line Team Lead Operator Requirements
- Ability to meet production standards and maintain required output rates
- Strong attendance and reliability in accordance with attendance policies
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
About the Paint Line Team Lead Operator Role
As a Paint Line Team Lead Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Feed, cut, and inspect parts as they move through the paint line and coating booth
- Monitor production flow to ensure parts are processed correctly and efficiently
- Inspect finished and in-process parts for quality standards and defects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and supervisors
- Ensure proper handling of materials throughout the paint line process
- Support continuous workflow and reduce production downtime
- Participate in maintaining housekeeping and facility organization standards
