Crown Staffing is Now Hiring for a 1st Shift full-time Weigher/Mixer Operator for a facility in West Chicago, IL!
Weigher/Mixer Operator
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | $20/hr
Weigher/Mixer Operator Requirements
- Forklift Certification (Will train and certify if needed)
- Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing related experience
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
About the Weigher/Mixer Operator Role
As a Weigher/Mixer Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Running batches Of ink at proper mill settings
- Packaging finished product in various containers and applying labels
- Cleaning and maintaining machine to company standards
- Mix Batch: Discharging pigment and operating mixer safely
- Canning
- Completing scheduled maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures
- Helping with repacks
- Lifting requirements — 30 lbs.
- Weighs batches up to 2,146 lbs with use of forklift.
- Forklift Driving capabilities
- Weighs coldset batches by tanks, lifting requirement Of at least 40-50 lbs.
