Monday–Thursday | 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM | $26.32/hr

Maintenance Technician Requirements
- Previous industrial maintenance or maintenance technician experience
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to operate shop machinery including lathes, drill presses, grinders, saws, welders, and cutting torches
- Experience using hand tools and pneumatic tools for equipment repair and modification
- Preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift and hydraulic lift/platform operation experience
About the Maintenance Technician Role
As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform maintenance assignments to repair, maintain, and improve plant equipment performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and identify defective components
- Dismantle machinery and repair or replace damaged parts as needed
- Operate shop equipment such as lathes, grinders, drill presses, welders, and cutting torches
- Install, repair, and modify hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency
- Operate forklifts and hydraulic working platforms safely when required
- Research and order necessary tools, supplies, and replacement parts for repairs
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory of maintenance parts and supplies
- Complete maintenance logs, records, PM documentation, and repair paperwork accurately
