2–4 years of customer service experience or related transferable experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel

Processing the Vendor Debit Authorization Report and verifying returns to vendors

Tracking return shipments through UPS and other common carriers

Monitoring pending vendor authorizations and completing timely follow-ups

Running reports to create new quality notifications

Preparing and submitting vendor authorization forms daily

Updating quality notifications with vendor return authorization information

Processing non-stock labels for internal and external customers

Communicating with internal departments and manufacturers to complete product returns

Maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing return transactions

Managing and updating the returns database

Identifying, communicating, and correcting discrepancies in return records

Providing professional customer service to internal and external customers

Performing additional administrative, customer service, and returns-related duties as assigned
