Inventory Planner – Job Details
Wednesday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM | $22.00 per hour
- Overtime possible and mandatory
Inventory Planner – Requirements
- Experience planning and processing inbound and outbound shipments
- Experience maintaining and processing high-volume orders
- Strong clerical, administrative, and data entry skills
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Ability to stand and work on feet for up to 10 hours per shift
About the Inventory Planner Role
As an Inventory Planner, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and processing inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintaining accurate inventory records using WMS/TMS/OMS systems
- Monitoring inventory levels and resolving discrepancies
- Processing high-volume orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and transportation teams
- Entering, reviewing, and updating shipment and inventory data
- Ensuring documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Supporting daily warehouse operations as needed
- Following company safety and quality standards
- Maintaining organization and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
