Banquet Server Requirements

• Previous banquet serving or hospitality experience 
• Ability to carry trays with up to six plates safely and efficiently 
• Strong customer service and guest service skills 

About the Banquet Server Role

• Set up and support banquet service for large guest events
• Carry and serve trays with up to six plates accurately and efficiently
• Refill water and coffee throughout service
• Clear appetizer, entrée, and dessert plates promptly
• Return bar glasses to the bar and maintain organized service flow
• Assist with event breakdown, cleanup, and resetting as needed
