Job Description
Crown Staffing is now hiring a full time General Labor in St.Charles, MO!
Monday-Friday | 5:00pm- 3:30am | $21/Hr
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the handling and movement of steel framing materials
- Load and unload materials from trucks or production lines
- Organize and stage materials for fabrication and shipping
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Support production and warehouse teams with general labor tasks
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Previous general labor, construction, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Steel-toed boots may be required
