Crown Staffing is now hiring a full-time Molding Operator in O’Fallon, MO!

Monday-Thursday | 8:00am- 6:30pm | $18.50/Hr

Responsibilities:

Performs mold changeovers and preventative maintenance cleaning.
Operates machines and performs/assures quality inspections are performed.
Prioritizes work to maintain maximum production efficiency and reduce costs, follows work
orders to eliminate inventory overruns and minimize scrap costs.
May be required to perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent, the ability to read and perform math at the equivalent level
Strong mechanical aptitude, motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Abilities to meet the physical and environmental demands: bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand during assembly process
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
