Pharmaceutical Order Puller Job Details
Schedule: M-F 1pm -930pm
Pay Rate: $18
Location: Riverside, MO
Pharmaceutical Order Puller Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or pharmacy operations preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret pick sheets, NDC codes, and inventory documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer or scanner proficiency (WMS experience a plus)

About the Pharmaceutical Order Puller Role
As a Pharmaceutical Order Puller, your responsibilities will include:
- Pull and assemble customer orders using pick lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Verify National Drug Codes (NDCs), lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates to ensure order accuracy.
- Prepare orders for packing, labeling, and shipment according to company and regulatory standards.
- Restock shelves and bins with incoming inventory; rotate stock to ensure FEFO/FIFO compliance.
- Assist with regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages to supervisors.
- Handle prescription medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with DEA, FDA, and state pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety procedures for lifting, equipment use, and hazardous materials handling.
- Operate pallet jacks, carts, conveyors, and automated picking equipment when assigned.
- Use WMS/ERP systems to update order status and inventory movements.
