Crown Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a manufacturing company in Walton, KY.
Production Operator Job Details
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Overtime: Mandatory when required
Pay Rate: $17.25 per hour

Production Operator Requirements/Qualifications
- Must complete a facility tour before being considered
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Basic computer skills required
- Forklift experience preferred (sit-down forklift); client will certify
- Must be able to work a 36/48 rotating schedule and every other weekend
- Must be able to wear jeans, t-shirt, and composite-toe footwear
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to manually handle and stack materials
About the Production Operator Role
As a Production Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating production process equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Handling, stacking, and palletizing materials manually
- Assisting with machine operations and production activities
- Completing required production documentation and paperwork
- Following all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Supporting production goals and team objectives
