Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Value Add Associate.
Value Add Associate Job Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Mandatory overtime during peak season. Employees may work up to 10-hour shifts, including Saturdays.
Pay Rate: $16.50/ hr
Location: Independence, KY

Value Add Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Mandatory overtime during peak season.
- Drug screen required within 30 days of placement.
- Closed-toe shoes, jeans, and T-shirt required.
- No cell phones permitted on the production floor.
About the Value Add Associate Role
As a Value Add Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Process customer orders accurately.
- Assemble educational materials into bundles and kits.
- Operate shrink-wrap equipment and production machinery.
- Inspect completed orders for quality and accuracy.
- Follow work instructions and production standards.
- Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
