General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Entry-level position.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
About the General Labor Associate Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with general production and manufacturing tasks.
- Package products according to production standards.
- Load and stack products onto skids.
- Move materials throughout the production area.
- Support production lines to keep operations running efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect products for quality as needed.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
