Job Description
Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for an Assembler.
Assembler Job Details
Schedule: Training: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM for one week. After training, associates will move to 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift differential of $1.50/hr applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr during training + $1.50/hr shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shifts

Assembler Requirements/Qualifications
- Resume and interview required.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Strong attendance and reliability required.
- Will be required to complete a basic math assessment (for training purposes only).
- Steel-toe shoes required.
About the Assembler Role
As an Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble hub and hub/drum components according to production standards.
- Load and position hubs using robotic equipment and load-assist mechanisms.
- Install bearings, bolts, and other components with precision.
- Operate pneumatic tools to complete assemblies.
- Use load-assist equipment and jib cranes to move finished assemblies safely.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Operate a forklift to transport materials and parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines.
- Support production goals while working as part of a rotating two-person assembly team.
