About the Role
Crown Staffing is hiring a dependable Molder to support manufacturing operations in Park City, KY. In this role, you will monitor production processes, inspect molded parts, and help maintain quality and efficiency throughout the shift.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions and control plans to meet production and quality standards
- Perform visual inspections of molded parts, including first and last piece checks
- Record production data, material usage, and scrap quantities
- Conduct process control checks (temperature, timing, etc.) and document results
- Mix and handle materials according to proper procedures
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following 5S standards
- Assist with mold setup, cleaning, and basic equipment operation
- Ensure proper material flow and follow FIFO inventory practices
- Support additional production tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of production processes or willingness to learn
- Ability to perform visual inspections and take accurate measurements
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus
