Machine Operator Requirements
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to perform inspections and accurately record production data
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards preferred
- Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment according to established work instructions and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all customer specifications, quality standards, and production requirements
- Perform required inspections, measurements, and quality checks throughout production runs
- Record production data, material lot numbers, and inspection results accurately
- Complete first-piece and last-piece inspections as required
- Weigh products using laboratory scales when necessary
- Mix materials and resins according to work instructions and production requirements
- Apply and identify product labels and documentation as needed
- Monitor production processes and identify nonconforming products or process issues
- Report quality concerns to management and follow corrective action procedures
- Record production quantities, scrap data, and maintain accurate production logs
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and workstations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following 5S standards
- Follow all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and ISO 9001 requirements
