About the Material Handler Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable Material Handler to support warehouse and production operations in Shelbyville, KY. This role is responsible for moving, staging, and organizing materials to ensure smooth workflow and timely production. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials as needed
- Maintain accurate material flow to support production and shipping needs
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with inventory organization and material tracking
- Support other departments as needed to meet operational demands
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
