Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Packaging Associate.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time; must work a full 8-hour shift)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location: Hebron, KY

Packaging Associate Requirements/Qualifications
- Entry-level position.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift and move products as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- PPE required based on assigned work area.
About the Packaging Associate Role
As a Packaging Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Package a variety of household and consumer products.
- Weigh and pack products according to work instructions.
- Assemble product and display boxes.
- Label and repackage products as needed.
- Seal product bags and prepare items for shipment.
- Stack and wrap finished products on pallets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and production guidelines.
