General Labor Job Details
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Location: Groveport, Ohio
General Labor Requirements/Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow production specifications and work instructions
- Ability to work safely around industrial equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
About the General Labor Role
As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with production operations to ensure products meet customer specifications
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any defects or concerns
- Performing quality checks according to company guidelines
- Supporting equipment operators and production teams as needed
- Following all customer-specific manufacturing instructions
- Maintaining productivity while ensuring quality standards are met
- Communicating production, quality, and safety concerns to supervisors
- Assisting with material handling and organization throughout the facility
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensuring scrap materials are properly disposed of, and work areas remain clutter-free
- Organizing materials in designated storage locations
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
- Following all safety policies and procedures
- Leaving the work area clean and organized at the end of each shift
