Job Opportunity: Inspector Crown Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Inspector to join our team in Batavia, OH. Responsibilities: As an Inspector, your responsibilities will include: -Recognizing and reading values, polarity, and orientation of thru-hole and SMT components such as capacitors, resistors, transistors, IC’s, etc. -Demonstrating a complete understanding of the IPC-A-610 Class 2 standards. -Utilizing inspection-gauging equipment to meet customer and IPC standards. -Identifying and reading customer-supplied assembly drawings for referencing component polarity, orientation, and reference designators. -Utilizing a bill of materials to identify customer part numbers for inspection requirements and values. -Conducting periodic spot checks to ensure that all personnel are following ESD procedures. -Interacting with team members in a cooperative and dependable manner. -Notifying team leaders if quality processes are not being followed. -Presenting new ideas and improvements to team leaders. Requires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching. Manual dexterity is crucial in the placement and handling of small components. Good eyesight is necessary for performing detailed tasks.
