Requirements of the Line Lead – Cherry Picker/Processor: -Background check/Drug Screen -2+ years of line lead experience -Strong leadership skills -Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English -Effective communication skills with colleagues and supervisors -Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday -Energetic, motivated, and reliable work ethic with dedication to the job and team Benefits of the Line Lead – Cherry Picker/Processor: -Paid time off -Medical / Dental / Vision coverage -Weekly Pay -Referral Program Shift Available for the Line Lead – Cherry Picker/Processor: -Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM Responsibilities of the Line Lead – Cherry Picker/Processer: -Utilize manual pallet jacks to manage pallet movement within the Shipping Department and handle larger truck orders. -Perform manifesting for both domestic and international shipments. -Process specialized projects as requested by Account Managers or Shipping Supervisors, including miscellaneous, re-label, or re-barcode orders requiring special shipping. -Provide training to new shipping processors and act as a point person for procedural queries. -Maintain records and file hard copies for the processing area. -Assist in accurate inventory cycle counts. -Display a positive attitude and be open to cross-training in various warehouse functions. -Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines. -Flexibility to work overtime on short notice to meet timely shipping requirements.
