Forklift / Warehouse Associate (Temp to Hire) Shift: 5:30pm-2:00am M-F Salary : $20.50/HR Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and safety-minded Forklift/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves picking and preparing agricultural products for shipment, operating forklifts (approximately 20–30% of the time), and performing general warehouse duties that require heavy lifting. Key Responsibilities: Accurately pick and stage agricultural products based on customer orders. Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials (20–30% of work time). Manually lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs. or more as needed. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE. Assist with inventory counts and quality checks. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Comfort working in varying temperatures, as agricultural products may be stored in different environments.

Qualifications: Previous forklift operating experience (Sit- Down, cherry picker, reach truck). Prior warehouse or order-picking experience, ideally in an agricultural or similar environment. Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good attendance and punctuality.
