As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily activities of shipping and receiving specialists, warehouse workers, and inventory clerks. Job Description: The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for: -Accepting and signing for deliveries to the warehouse, factory, or stockroom. -Overseeing the processing of customer orders. -Reviewing all shipping labels and packaging to ensure compliance with federal regulations. -Ensuring all orders are delivered to customers in a timely manner and addressing any issues with delayed shipments. -Ordering supplies to replenish inventory as needed. -Maintaining, scheduling, and managing both inbound and delivery schedules. -Tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the management team. -Ensuring all expenditures stay within the company budget. -Meeting all shipping and ordering deadlines. -Acting as a primary liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal organization. -Reporting any problems, issues, and losses to the company manager.
