Location: Frankfort, KY
Schedule: 8-hour or 12-hour shifts available
Shift Options:

- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
About the CDL Yard Driver Role
Crown Staffing is seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL Yard Driver to support yard operations in Frankfort, KY. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving trailers and containers throughout the yard using a yard tractor.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong driving skills who values safety, consistency, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a yard tractor to move trailers and containers within the facility
- Position trailers accurately for loading and unloading
- Follow all safety guidelines and DOT regulations
- Communicate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure smooth operations
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL required
- Previous yard driving or tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Strong focus on safety and awareness of surroundings
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
