Custodian – 3rd Shift
Frankfort, KY
Pay: $19.50/hour
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule Information
- Sunday–Thursday
- 8:00 PM–6:30 AM
Custodian Requirements
- Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial-cleaning experience preferred
- Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and supplies
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
- Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
- Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills
- Ability to maintain an accurate inventory of cleaning supplies
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain offices, buildings, and plant facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
- Clean lunchrooms, restrooms, offices, and industrial work areas.
- Dust surfaces, clean windows, and empty trash containers.
- Sweep, vacuum, strip, wax, and buff floors.
- Clean outdoor grounds and remove litter as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures while completing assigned duties.
- Participate in special cleaning projects or project teams as requested.
- Perform additional custodial duties as assigned.

- Standard custodial and cleaning supplies
- Vacuum cleaners
- Floor-stripping, waxing, and buffing equipment
- Trash-removal equipment
- Other cleaning tools and equipment as assigned
