Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Controller / Accounting Manager Role
Crown Staffing is seeking an experienced Controller / Accounting Manager to lead and oversee all accounting and financial operations for our client. This role is responsible for financial reporting, cash management, budgeting, audits, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting expertise, advanced knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, and the ability to provide accurate financial insights that support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Lead and manage bank exams and external audits
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Present financial reports and insights to executive leadership
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends or risks
- Stay current on accounting regulations, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Support strategic planning and decision-making through financial analysis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification required
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audit management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
