Our client is a multi-client 3rd party warehousing and associated services. They are looking for an Order Checker for their facility in Calumet City, IL.

This is a trial-to-hire opportunity. 1st Shift 7am- 3:30pm
Pay will start at $17 hour

What you will do:
-Inspect products and pallets for damage or quality concerns
-Ensure consignee names and shipping addresses are accurate
-Verify the accuracy and completeness of relabeling projects
-Assist in photographing and verifying inbound receipts
-Check for proper hazard labels and compliance with DOT

Requirements:

-2+ years of previous warehouse, order checking or quality control
-Familiarity with DOT and hazardous materials labeling requirements
-Comfortable using handheld devices or scanners for order verification

-Ability to work independently and with a team

-High school Diploma or GED required
