Job Description
Our client is looking for a Proofreader for their Chicago facility.
This is a 2 month contract. 1st shift Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay rate will be $36.76/hr
Responsibilities:
Responsible for reading transcripts to ensure there are no spelling, grammatical or typographical errors. Attention to detail and proficiency in language and writing are required. Clear written and verbal communication are also required as proofreaders will be working closely with editors, authors, typists and other proofreaders.
Requirements for Proofreader
- Prior experience in Proofreading.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
